On June 6, Graduation Sunday, we'll recognize our high school graduates at the 10:00a service. All HS graduates who plan to attend need to bring their caps & gowns with them that morning. There'll be a light breakfast for HS graduates and their families at 9:15a in the parlor; please RSVP with the number (graduate & family members) attending the breakfast by May 23, to Sandy Anthony.

Presented by the Wake Interfaith Disaster Team, this day-long class is intended for novices as well as experienced operators who wish to have a safety refresher. In time of disaster it may be necessary to clear roads for police, fire or ambulance traffic. Christ Church is a member of WIDT and any questions may be directed to Don Finkbeiner (467-7373). See FLYER, BROCHURE, WAIVER.
The purpose of Breakfast for a Buck is fellowship and food (between the 8:00 & 10:00 services). We're looking for volunteers to host a simple breakfast for a Sunday or two. The church provides the food; the host picks up milk, fruit and comes to visit. Please look for the sign-up sheet in the lobby or contact Yorke Sartorio (834-6259 x112) to volunteer.
The project, which will assist a disabled resident at Raleigh Rescue Mission return to his family home, will involve many people of all skill levels. The yard needs to be shaped up, and the house needs to be cleaned & organized on the inside. We hope to put together 3 teams: structural work, yard work, and cleaning & organizing. We plan to do the job on Saturday, June 19. If you can help, please contact Howard Brooks (781-5200).
