Inclement Weather Plan
In the event of a significant snow that makes road conditions hazardous (especially snowfall over a Saturday night):
- Check the church website or the telephone message (834-6259) for the snow service schedule.
- There will be ONE service, at 11:00 am in the chapel.
- All Christian Formation classes (children, youth, adult) will be cancelled.
- Those people scheduled to serve (chalice bearers, readers, altar guild) should use discretion in attempting to come in. Clergy present will seek volunteers to read and serve.
- Music may or may not be a part of the service.
- Evening programs will be cancelled.
If roads are clear, more services may be offered, so check the church website or the telephone message (834-6259).
