The Search Committee for the 13th Rector of Christ Church Raleigh has prepared this section of our website to help interested candidates learn about us and to help keep our parishioners informed about the search process.

The prayer below was developed by our Search Committee to guide our efforts and to center our thoughts on the mission we have taken on behalf of our fellow parishioners.

Almighty God, we give thanks for Christ Church. We remember all those who have faithfully served You as clergy and lay members of our parish since 1821. We are grateful for the many ministries that honor You by serving those in our parish, our community and the world. We pray that You will be with us all during this time of transition and that You will help us to discern the future You desire for us. We ask You to guide us as we seek to identify our thirteenth rector, and we offer our prayers of support for those who will consider a call to Christ Church. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
