About Christ Church
Christ Church is a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina, with a membership of approximately 2,500 persons.
Founded in 1821 as the first Episcopal Church in Raleigh, Christ Church welcomes all people at God's altar.
Our parish centers in our worship of God according to the Book of Common Prayer and provides opportunities to celebrate in joy, grow in faith, and serve in compassion.

Christ Church, an historic parish in the heart of the city of Raleigh, is a community of faith with a place for all, transforming lives with the Good News of Jesus Christ, proclaiming the radical love of God, rejoicing in the power of the resurrection, by:
